What we do

Four practices, one steady partnership.

From a focused 4-week health-check to a multi-year program build, every Whites Elm engagement is scoped to leave your team stronger than we found it, and to make us unnecessary on a timeline you can budget for.

How we engage

Three engagement shapes, scoped to fit the job.

We don’t package services into rigid offerings. Most engagements fall into one of three shapes, chosen with you, based on what the work actually needs.

  • Health-check (4–8 weeks): Focused diagnostic on a specific program, system, or process. Concrete recommendations, ranked by impact.
  • Build & enable (3–9 months): Design and stand up an asset management program, an EAM workflow, a training curriculum, alongside your team, with a clear handoff.
  • Embedded advisor (12+ months): Ongoing coaching for leaders and program managers. Not a retainer to keep us around, a structured runway to capability.

When we’re a fit

Built for organizations that want to execute.

We’re not for everyone — and that’s intentional. We work best with organizations that value practical execution, operational clarity, and long-term capability over short-term optics.

Yes, this sounds like us

  • You need decisions you can defend in front of a board, not a glossy report.
  • Your team has the talent, they need a clearer system, not more consultants.
  • You want a partner who will sit with your team in the work, not parachute in with a binder.
  • You believe internal capability outlasts any retainer, and you’re ready to build it.

No, probably not a fit

  • You want a 200-page report you can put on a shelf and tell the board you addressed it.
  • You’re looking for a long-term staff-augmentation arrangement rather than capability transfer.
  • The work needs to be done without involving the people who’ll have to live with the result.
  • You need an answer by Friday and aren’t open to a different question.
