Is the 30-minute review really free?

Yes. No pre-qualification, no card on file, no “intro to a sales rep.” If we’re a fit, we’ll talk about engagement shape and pricing in a follow-up. If we’re not, you’ll leave with a sharper picture of your problem either way.

Who will I actually be talking to?

Scott Stukel or Orlando Ramos directly. Never a sales rep, never a junior associate. Whites Elm is structured so that the senior advisors who scope the work are the same ones who do the work.

What if I’m not sure what I need yet?

Even better. The 30 minutes is most useful when you can describe the symptom rather than the prescription. We’ll work backward from what you’re seeing on the ground to what’s likely causing it.

How quickly can we engage if we decide to move forward?

Most engagements can start within 2–4 weeks of an initial call, depending on scope. We don’t take on more than we can deliver well, so we’ll be straightforward about timing in the first call.
